Job summary

DKSH Group is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll work with business and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, streamline finance and operational processes, and deliver scalable bots that boost efficiency.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining RPA bots, testing and debugging, monitoring performance, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of RPA development experience, with hands-on UiPath.
• Experience translating business requirements into automation solutions.
• Ability to test, debug, and optimize RPA bots and workflows.
• Familiarity with IT security and data governance practices.
• Knowledge of version control and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Create, test, and maintain robust, scalable RPA bots with proper exception handling and logging.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation workflows.
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on RPA best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
