Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking an RPA Developer to design, build, test, and maintain automated processes that drive efficiency across banking operations.

You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to identify opportunities, perform rigorous testing, and ensure production stability while adhering to security and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 2-4 years hands-on RPA development experience.
• Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Excel automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and automation opportunities.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Job Description

What you are expected to do ( Responsbilities )

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services domain is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
