Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, test, and support automation solutions. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver scalable bots.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on RPA experience, familiarity with Blue Prism/UiPath/Automation Anywhere, and strong SQL/API/Excel automation knowledge, with banking domain exposure as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in RPA development.
• Experience with Blue Prism or UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Excel automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in banking or financial services domain is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and automation opportunities.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
