The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 2–4 years hands-on RPA experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere. Banking experience is a plus, along with SQL, APIs, and Excel automation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/IT/Engineering).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
• Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs and Excel automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify automation opportunities.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Adhere to SDLC, security, and governance standards.
