Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions, and optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and control effectiveness.
Review and analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual activities. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, workflow tools, scripting, and other technology platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvement initiatives. Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, applications, and digital solutions. Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and gap assessments to support transformation initiatives. Monitor automation performance and implement continuous improvements to maximize benefits and operational stability. Prepare business cases, project plans, documentation, testing, and deployment activities for automation projects. Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements. Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions. Track and report project progress, benefits realization, and productivity gains.
