Job summary

TEKMARK SDN BHD is seeking a self-driven sales professional to grow the adoption of PUDU robots in commercial and industrial sectors. The role involves promoting robotics solutions, building a pipeline, and conducting on-site demos to demonstrate value in Malaysia.

You will work with facility and operations teams, travel within Malaysia, and grow a reseller network while earning performance-based incentives. Flexible and remote work arrangements are offered to suit the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B hardware/automation/cleaning/facility equipment sales.
• Strong in lead generation, demo pitching, solution selling and closing deals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Bonus: robotics/AMR/automation/Industry 4.0 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PUDU delivery and cleaning robots to commercial and industrial customers.
• Identify target customers and grow sales pipeline.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and site visits to show robot value on-site.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with end-users, facility teams, operation teams and channel partners.
• Grow and support a network of resellers across Malaysia.
• Provide partners with product knowledge, pricing, and joint selling support.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and gather customer feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and meetings.
