Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a billing-focused professional to join our Freight Forwarding team in Malaysia. You will coordinate with Operations and Pricing to ensure accurate invoicing, manage supporting documents, and support month-end billing closure.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communications, and collaboration across teams. You will handle invoices, PODs, reporting, and driver salary processes, contributing to efficient revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, billing, or freight forwarding operations.
• Experience with customer accounts, billing reports, invoicing, and billing-related queries.
• Background in any freight forwarding modality (Air, Ocean, Road, or Contract Logistics).
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays) and support overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily billing activities with Operations and Pricing teams; generate invoices with supporting documents.
• Follow up on pending billing, driver salary processing, and customer billing reports.
• Ensure timely month-end billing closure and reporting.
