Job summary

Armstrong Auto Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking support to assist engineers in preparing and updating engineering drawings during RFQ, prototype and production stages. You will maintain and organize technical documentation related to product development and ensure drawings and records align with company procedures.

Additional duties include assisting in prototype assembly, coordinating prototype preparation, preparing test samples and supporting testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and assembly of prototype parts and development samples.
• Support prototype modification and sample evaluation activities
• Coordinate prototype preparation according to development schedules.
• Prepare test samples, fixtures and equipment for product testing.
• Assist engineers during testing activities and monitor test setup when required.
• Record basic testing observations and support documentation of test results.
• Update drawings or documentation following approved engineering changes.
• Support engineers in development activities including product improvement and evaluation.
• Maintain tools, equipment and test setup related to development work.
• Perform other tasks assigned by engineers or supervisors when required.

To perform other tasks as and when required by Management from time to time.
