Job summary

IHH Healthcare Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Risk Management and Business Resilience Manager to support risk and BR leadership across the network. You will help identify, assess, and mitigate risks, monitor controls, and coordinate with facilities to ensure timely execution of mitigation plans.

Responsibilities include managing RiskMan and eGRC, delivering training, sharing best practices, and assisting in policy updates and BR exercises.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Accountancy, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in risk consulting or business resilience.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and GenAI applications.
• Highly motivated with analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project/event management.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Risk Management and Business Resilience Manager in identifying, assessing, and managing risks for IHH Healthcare Malaysia and its facilities.
• Monitor risk mitigation activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Contribute to risk reporting for quarterly clearance meetings.
• Manage RiskMan and eGRC software, ensuring system functionality and user access, and generate risk reports for reviews.
• Curate and share risk management resources and maintain SharePoint access for guidance materials.
• Assist in annual review and update of risk management and business resilience policies; provide procurement and approval paper support.
