Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is looking for an Associate Director to lead Business Continuity Planning, Infrastructure System Security & Resilience. You will oversee BCM, BIAs, pandemic planning, offsite testing, and crisis management activities while coordinating with regional teams and regulators.

Role requires extensive BCM/DRP experience in financial services, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive resilience across technology and business platforms in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 6-10 years in risk or BCM.
• Experience with BCM/DRP methodologies in financial industry.
• Strong communication to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the BCM lifecycle at global and local levels.
• Coordinate tactical BCM activities globally and locally.
• Provide support during Malaysia Morning Hours as part of the global team.
• Identify gaps with business and IT to resolve through acceptance, workarounds or enhancements.
• Create awareness among employees on business continuity matters via communication and training.
• Monitor and improve BCP indicators and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate multi-discipline Incident Management Team with regional and business line stakeholders.
• Track outstanding audit items or regulatory findings related to BCM.
• Maintain liaison with Crisis Management Teams and support change initiatives related to BCM.
