Job summary

ZOM-IN Malaysia is seeking a data analyst to analyze user, transaction, and alternative data to surface patterns, trends, and risks. You will build dashboards, perform statistical analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize risk systems and decision making.

The role requires hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, and Python or R, and a practical mindset for turning data into actionable insights. The team offers collaborative growth in a dynamic risk environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analyst experience in a high-tech company.
• Degree in IT, computer engineering, data science, or related field.
• Strong ability to handle large-scale unstructured data and SQL.
• Experience with PowerBI/Tableau for BI dashboards.
• Proficient with R and/or Python for analysis.
• Familiar with experimentation and statistical methods.

Preferred Skillset

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a high-tech company
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or related fields
• Strong experience handling large-scale unstructured data and using SQL
• Business intelligence experience using PowerBI and/or Tableau
• Working experience with data analysis tools like R and/or Python
• Experience with experimentation and statistical techniques
