Job summary

CEKAP LINK TECH SDN. BHD. is seeking a data analytics professional to monitor and analyze daily business reports, and develop comprehensive automated monitoring and visualisation frameworks reflecting operational performance.

You will work with multiple departments to translate data needs into standardised dashboards and data products, driving process improvements and efficiency across business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong data processing, analysis and reporting skills with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, VBA, R or Python.
• Strong self-motivation with logical and structured thinking.
• Able to understand complex data issues and communicate analytical findings clearly to business teams.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse daily business reports and KPIs to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Identify data anomalies in a timely manner and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Create standardised reports, dashboards or data products from ad-hoc requests.
• Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and support cross-functional teams.

Quickly understand business operations and develop comprehensive, accurate and business-relevant automated monitoring and data visualisation frameworks to reflect operational performance across different business processes.

Monitor and analyse daily business reports and key performance indicators to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Identify data anomalies in a timely manner and provide practical improvement recommendations to support business performance.

Work closely with different departments to understand their data and analytical needs, support ad-hoc analysis requests, and convert recurring or important requirements into standardised reports, dashboards or data products.

Understand departmental workflows and use data reporting, analytical tools and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Identify and analyse business problems, summarise findings clearly, and support practical solutions such as process automation, workflow optimisation and business reporting system development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
