Job summary

Guan How Superbike (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly, responsible Sales Advisor to assist customers with motorcycle riding gear and accessories. You will recommend products, manage social media content, and help achieve sales targets.

You will promote and sell riding apparel, assist customers in choosing items based on needs and budget, and provide product information and basic safety guidance. The role includes stock checks, showroom upkeep, and occasional events.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using social media and creating simple content.
• Willing to learn and be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell motorcycle riding apparel, helmets, accessories and riding gear

• Attend to walk-in customers and online enquiries
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships
• Arrange and maintain product displays to keep the retail area clean and presentable

• Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera to introduce products and promotions
• Participate in company events, roadshows, rides and promotional activities when required

A friendly, responsible and sales-driven Riding Apparel & Accessories Sales Advisor role involving assisting customers with motorcycle riding gear and accessories, providing suitable product recommendations, creating social media content, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell motorcycle riding apparel, helmets, accessories and riding gear

Assist customers in choosing suitable products based on their needs, riding style, size and budget

Explain product features, sizing, usage and basic safety information

Attend to walk-in customers and online enquiries

Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships

Arrange and maintain product displays to keep the retail area clean and presentable

Monitor stock availability and assist with stock checking when required

Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including product photos, videos, Reels and promotional content

Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera to introduce products and promotions

Participate in company events, roadshows, rides and promotional activities when required

About you

Interest in motorcycles, riding gear or motorcycle accessories is an advantage

Retail or sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Working hour are from
Tuesday to Sunday : 10.00AM - 7.00PM.
Monday Off-Day
Sunday : 10.00 AM - 6.00PM
