Job summary

OBM Agency Services Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a motivated sales associate to connect with walk-in customers and drive motorcycle sales. You will promote products, explain features, assist with loan applications and manage records in a dynamic showroom.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional assistance.
• Promote and sell motorcycles and related products.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models.
• Explain motorcycle features, specifications, promotions and financing options.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp and social media.
• Contact potential customers and existing leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.
• Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
• Maintain proper customer records and follow up on pending applications.
• Promote motorcycles and company promotions through Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Participate in TikTok LIVE, roadshows, events and other marketing activities when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional showroom environment.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by Management.

Salary: RM1700-6000 (Basic + Commission)
