Job summary

Kuek Motor (M) SDN BHD in Nilai, Malaysia is seeking an energetic Sales Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, have an interest in motorcycles and want to build a career in sales, this could be the right opportunity for you.

You will welcome customers, explain model options and promotions, discuss pricing and financing, assist through the purchasing process, and follow up via WhatsApp and calls.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, punctual and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Interest or basic knowledge in motorcycles is an advantage.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but not compulsory.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving/riding licence and own transportation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their motorcycle needs and preferences.
• Introduce and explain suitable motorcycle models, specifications and promotions.
• Provide customers with information on pricing, cash purchase and financing options.
• Assist customers throughout the motorcycle purchasing process.
• Follow up with potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and assist with required sales documentation.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure a smooth registration and delivery process.
• Keep customers updated on booking, registration and motorcycle delivery status.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
