Job summary

BERJAYA MEGA MOTORS ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD.

is seeking a sales executive for Setia Alam, Puncak Alam or Kapar to advise customers on motorcycle products and to maintain a clean, organized showroom. You will promote helmets, accessories and apparels while building strong customer relationships and handling post-delivery follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a STPM/ Diploma in any field.
• Communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably one (1) years of retail sales experience.
• Fresh Graduates to more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Have good product knowledge of motorcycles to advise customers efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, display stocks and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Upsell helmets, accessories and apparels where possible.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, follow-up post-delivery for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.

To maintain a clean and organized showroom, display stocks and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for customers.

Upsell helmets, accessories and apparels where possible.

Develop and maintain a strong customer relationship, follow-up on post-delivery by greetings and events, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.

You'll be a great fit if:
