Job summary

Guan How Superbike (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Advisor in Ipoh to drive motorcycle sales, provide outstanding customer service and create engaging social media content. You will engage with walk-in customers and online inquiries, explain models and financing options, and help customers from enquiry to delivery.

You should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating content, and staying up-to-date with product promotions and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Confident in creating content and speaking in front of the camera.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work with a team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new motorcycles to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Appear on camera for motorcycle introductions, reviews and promotions.
• Respond to enquiries from social media and online platforms.
• Keep up to date with models, specs, promotions and trends.
• Participate in events, roadshows, test rides and promotions as required.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell new motorcycles to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Attend to walk-in customers and online enquiries.
• Explain motorcycle models, features, pricing, promotions, financing and ownership options.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from enquiry and booking to motorcycle delivery.
• Create regular social media content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, including photos, short videos, Reels and promotional content.
• Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for motorcycle introductions, reviews and promotional videos.
• Respond to enquiries and leads received through social media and online platforms.
• Keep up to date with motorcycle models, specifications, promotions and industry trends.
• Participate in company events, roadshows, test rides, rides and promotional activities when required.

About you

• Interest or knowledge in motorcycles is an advantage.
• Sales experience is preferred, but training can be provided.

Working hour are from
Tuesday to Sunday : 10.00AM - 7.00PM.
Monday Off-Day
Sunday : 10.00 AM - 6.00PM
