Job summary

Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak is seeking a Sales Advisor to assist customers through the sales process, promote motorcycles and related products, and deliver excellent service to meet sales targets.

You will build relationships, follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries while staying current on products and promotions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or higher in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with positive, proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media is a plus.
• Valid driving or motorcycle license preferred.

Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process, promoting motorcycles and related products, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable motorcycles and accessories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to achieve sales targets
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and customer records accurately
• Promote products and services through various channels, including social media and digital platforms
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required li>
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For

• SPM, Diploma, or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
