Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Systems or related field.
• Skilled in data analytics tools to gather, evaluate and present data for strategic decisions.
• High attention to detail with methodical data management and operational workflows.
• Proactive problem solver who owns issues from identification to resolution.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and completeness across CRM records.
• Deliver sales performance tracking and routine updates to commercial teams.
• Manage end-to-end channel operations, including onboarding, profiling, contracting and commission calculations.
• Develop and refine commercial operational frameworks, policies, SOPs and channel workflows.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
