Job summary

Love, Bonito in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate Retail Trainer to elevate the capabilities of our store teams. You’ll partner with Store Leaders and the Global Training team to deliver product knowledge, styling expertise, and exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.

You’ll design engaging onboarding, coaching, and sales enablement sessions, travel to stores, localise materials for the market, and measure training effectiveness to refine programmes and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably fashion or consumer-centric industries.
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual and in-store learning programmes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven coaching and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable travelling regularly within the assigned market to support stores.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, customer service and selling skills training for retail teams.
• Deliver new arrivals product launch training and key business initiatives.
• Conduct engaging learning sessions using role plays, styling workshops, case studies and in-store activities.
• Ensure training programmes reflect Love, Bonito’s brand values and customer experience standards.
• Analyze feedback and business performance to identify learning opportunities and measure impact.
• Localise training materials for the local market while maintaining global consistency.
