Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a store operations leader to drive sales targets while delivering friendly and professional customer service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to recruit and maintain a capable sales team, oversee in-store operations, and ensure stock levels are consistently sufficient.

Ideal candidates are Malaysian citizens with fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and possess strong interpersonal and communication

Qualifications

• SPM with retail manager experience or higher education.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• 1+ year of experience in retail/F&B.
• Outgo­ing, energetic, and results-driven demeanor.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets set.
• Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Work with the Store Manager to recruit and retain high-caliber sales staff and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Implement efficient in-store teamwork.
• Organize and operate the shop efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels at all times.
