Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring, staff roster, leave, welfare, and disciplinary issues.
• Motivate and train staff on company policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Generate reports on staff turnover, sales, inventory levels, etc.
• Provide professional services to customers.
