Job summary

Watsons in Malaysia seeks a retail supervisor to support store management in staffing, training, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will help implement policies, drive sales strategies, and produce reports on turnover, sales, and inventory while working with weekends/public holidays. Full/part-time roles available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / 'A' Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
