Job summary

KK SUPER MART Bukit Tinggi is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily retail operations. Responsibilities include inventory handling, cashier duties, and maintaining store cleanliness, while delivering courteous customer service and upholding the store's reputation.

Candidate should have SPM or Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree considered a plus, and 1–3 years in retail, preferably with supervisory exposure. Own transport is required for the role.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years retail experience, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
