Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Seremban, Senawang and Taman Merpati. You will assist customers, manage merchandise, and help keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, POS operation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety of store assets while delivering courteous service. SPM or Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus; previous retail experience with supervisory duties is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1–3 years preferred.
• Supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and handle inventory tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the store.
• Operate and handle POS systems and store equipment as per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when needed.
• Uphold the store’s image and reputation at all times.
