Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support daily store operations and contribute to efficient retail management. This entry-level role offers clear career progression within the expanding brand.

Responsibilities include coordinating with retail outlets, monitoring hours, arranging stock transfers, and maintaining reports. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking outlets.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent required.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred.
