Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a capable Retail Sales Supervisor to drive store performance and lead a small team.

You will monitor daily KPIs, coach staff, ensure exceptional customer service, manage stock and cash, and uphold visual merchandising standards while working weekends and holidays. Basic salary plus group sales commission is offered, with comprehensive company and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven with good knowledge of POS/retail operations
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance against key retail KPIs - UPT, ATV, and CR
• Track and report on daily/weekly KPI performance, identifying gaps and coaching the team to improve results
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet individual and store sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards on the shop floor
• Oversee stock management, cash handling, and daily store operations

Track and report on daily/weekly KPI performance, identifying gaps and coaching the team to improve results

Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet individual and store sales targets

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards on the shop floor

Oversee stock management, cash handling, and daily store operations

Requirements:
