Job summary

Luxury Careers Pte. Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a retail supervisor to drive store sales and coach team members. The role focuses on achieving KPI targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring accurate stock and cash handling in a fashion/lifestyle environment.

You will lead a sales team on weekends and evenings, optimize POS operations, and uphold visual merchandising on the shop floor to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with good knowledge of POS/retail operations.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance against key retail KPIs - UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), and CR (Conversion Rate).
• Track and report on daily/weekly KPI performance, identifying gaps and coaching the team to improve results.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards on the shop floor.
• Oversee stock management, cash handling, and daily store operations.
