• Handle daily operations and overall store management.
• Coach and guide team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and manage escalations.
• Ensure team compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
