SMARTEDGE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. seeks a Retail Store Manager to support Anker Innovations’ consumer electronics and AIoT products in Malaysia. Lead store performance, oversee daily operations, and ensure top service standards across a multilingual customer base.

You will drive promotions, manage staff, and maintain brand image while reporting performance to the Area Manager. Diploma or above preferred; English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• At least 1 year in a Store Manager or supervisory role.
• Strong sales mindset with leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive store sales performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and execute sales activities, promotions, and store action plans.
• Manage daily store operations: staff scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff to enhance productivity and service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain brand image, visual merchandising standards and staff grooming.
• Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to the Area Manager / Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive store sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, including key KPIs such as conversion rate.

Plan and execute sales activities, promotions, and store action plans.

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and SOP compliance.

Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store staff to enhance productivity and service standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or incidents professionally.

Maintain brand image, visual merchandising standards, and staff grooming.

Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to management.

Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to the Area Manager / Head Office.

Job Requirements
