Job summary

Darson Electronics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Malaysia. You will drive sales, promote products, and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers for repeat business, monitoring inventory, supporting merchandising, and processing transactions accurately using our POS system. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
