Job summary

adidas (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced retail supervisor to lead a team of store associates and drive sales targets in the Malaysia market.

You will oversee daily store operations, stock management, merchandising standards, and in-store promotions while coaching staff to consistently meet KPI targets.

As Brand Ambassador, you will model exceptional service, uphold brand values, and ensure compliant processes across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor or store-in-charge.
• Preferably in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG Retail.
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion.
• Diploma in Retail Management.
• Advanced Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff to meet sales targets.
• Maintain stock management and reduce shrinkage.
• Execute visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and train team members.
