Job summary

PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive sales, service and profitability in our Malaysia retail location. You will lead a team, manage payroll, and ensure store standards align with PUMA Cornerstones.

You will analyze customer profiles, recruit and develop staff, and coordinate marketing events while maintaining visual directives and loss prevention. This role requires 2–4 years of focused retail management experience and a proven record of exceeding sales

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals and develop top talent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for ensuring store achieves sales, KPIs and profitability through planning and control.
• Guarantee high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA service standards.
• Recruit, train and develop store Associates for high performance.
• Manage payroll and schedule to maintain profitability while delivering service excellence.
• Ensure training programs are implemented and measurable within the store.
