Job summary

Adidas Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team of retail associates and drive store sales through exemplary operations, customer service, and brand engagement.

You will oversee daily activities, manage stock, train staff, and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards while delivering outstanding shopper experiences in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires a minimum 3 years in a supervisory retail position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory retail experience
• Experience in apparel/fashion/FMCG retail preferred
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• IT literacy including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to meet sales targets
• Oversee store operations, stock management, and loss prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
