Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART Cheras, located in M Vertika (CMV), Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on helping customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining clean, well-organised shop floors.

You will work with a friendly team, learn POS procedures, and participate in promotional displays while delivering excellent service and product knowledge to shoppers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Friendly, patient and helpful demeanour with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing product information.
• Process transactions at the checkout, handling cash and card payments.
• Stock shelves and displays; ensure items are neatly priced.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation throughout your shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damaged items.
• Receive and unpack deliveries; check against delivery notes.
• Assist with promotional displays and seasonal merchandise setup.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and store policies.
