KK Group of Companies (Retail) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Shop Assistant for KK SUPER MART, Sri Hartamas. This full-time role is based at our Plaza Damas (2) location and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while supporting store operations.

You will handle transactions at the POS, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, assist with inventory, and collaborate with teammates to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexibly including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful and professional customer service to all shoppers, responding to enquiries and assisting with product selection.
• Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash handling and payment processing.
• Stock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring products are well-organised, clearly priced and attractively presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, including the shop floor, stockroom and customer areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, checking product details and reporting stock levels to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and loss prevention measures.
• Support promotional activities and special events as required.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Report any customer concerns, product issues or store maintenance needs to your supervisor promptly.
