Job summary

Seng Huat Electrical & Home Appliances is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to greet customers, explain product features, and drive sales in our Terengganu store.

You will handle transactions, assist with stock display, inventory, and promotions while delivering friendly service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service (Electrical Appliances) will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders professionally.
• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and tidiness of the shop.
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in sales promotions and product training to continuously improve product knowledge.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Join our retail team at Seng Huat Electrical & Home Appliances. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for assisting customers, promoting electrical and home appliance products, and supporting daily store operations. This role offers a great opportunity to grow your retail and sales career in a stable and well-established company.

Shift-based working hours:

Morning shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

6 working days per week

1 day rest per week (rotational)

Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders professionally.

Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and tidiness of the shop.
