About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join the dynamic sales team at Suria Jerai Electrical Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Guar Chempedak, Gurun, Kedah. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through our online channels, managing customer interactions, and achieving sales targets in the competitive retail and consumer products sector. This position is pivotal to our continued growth in the e-commerce space and directly contributes to the company's revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer enquiries across multiple online platforms in a timely and professional manner

Process online orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards

Identify sales opportunities and actively promote products to potential customers through online channels

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and follow-ups using the company's CRM system

Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their requirements and preferences

Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, working to resolve issues to customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery

Update product listings and online inventory information as required

Participate in promotional campaigns and contribute to increasing online brand awareness

Google Business & Online Presence Setup

Set up and manage Google Business Profile / Google Map shop locations.

Update business information, operating hours, photos, and promotions.

Ensure all outlet locations are properly listed and searchable online.

Monitor and reply to customer reviews when necessary.

TikTok Account Management

Create and manage company TikTok accounts.

Plan and upload TikTok content regularly.

Handle TikTok Ads boosting and promotional campaigns.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce or retail sales environment

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers

Proficiency in using online sales platforms, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service

Target-driven attitude with the ability to work towards and achieve sales goals

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally

Familiarity with the electrical goods or consumer products sector is advantageous

Proficiency in Malay and English languages is essential; additional languages are a plus

Reliability and punctuality with a flexible approach to working hours when required
