Upscale is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and grow sales in the retail electrical segment. This field-based role involves regular store visits, relationship building with store owners, resellers and electricians, and ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG/electrical/retail sectors
• Friendly and persuasive communicator with good organizational skills
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged; training will be provided
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese dialect
• Mandarin and English fluent candidates preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers
