Job summary

Hygr Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Assistant-Salesperson for Exchange TRX to greet customers, explain products and promotions, and process sales at POS. The role requires strong communication, a customer‑oriented mindset, and reliability in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will maintain shelves, handle cash and digital payments, distribute samples, and keep daily reports on sales and stock for supervisor review.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous retail/customer service experience is an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of cashier/POS system is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk in customers with product info and recommendations.
• Distribute samples hygienically and clean testers before and after shifts.
• Process purchases via POS or manually and ensure accurate records.
• Keep cart clean, organized and well stocked at all times.
• Reconcile cash and digital payments at day-end; report discrepancies.
• Submit daily sales, cash and stock report and alert supervisor on low or fast moving stock.
• Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotions to better assist customers
