Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of Secondary School and above.
• No experience required, positive attitude welcomed.
• Retail/sales/customer service/hotel industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and another language (e.g. Mandarin/Malay/Tamil).
• Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, responsible, eager to learn and a team player.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus.
• Willing to work at different outlets in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and store maintenance.
• Attend to customers, handle enquiries, promote products and optimise sales opportunities while maintaining customer service excellence.
• Support other aspects of sales and operations.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
• Replenish stocks on the shelves.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness and image.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
