Job summary

Hygr Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Assistant-Salesperson for Exchange TRX to greet customers, explain products and promotions, and process sales at POS. The role requires strong communication, a customer‑oriented mindset, and reliability in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will maintain shelves, handle cash and digital payments, distribute samples, and keep daily reports on sales and stock for supervisor review.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous retail/customer service experience is an advantage
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of cashier/POS system is an added advantage

• Customer service: Greet and assist walk in customers with product info and recommendations.
• Sampling: Distribute samples hygienically - clean testers before and after shifts
• Sales transaction: Process purchases via Point of Sales (POS) or manually - ensure accurate records
• Cart maintenance: Keep cart clean, organized and well stocked at all time
• Cash handling: Reconcile cash and digital payments at day-end; report discrepancies.
• Reporting: Submit daily sales, cash and stock report - alert supervisor on low or fast moving stock
• Product knowledge: Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotion to better assist customers

Working time:

• 9:30AM - 5:300PM/2PM -10PM
• Monday to Sunday (Off on Weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
• Off Public Holiday

Requirements:
