Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking retail staff to deliver professional customer service and promote Watson’s VIP program. The role involves maintaining stock levels, executing selling techniques to hit targets, handling cashier duties, and upholding Watsons’ operations standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have PMR/SPM/STPM or equivalent, a professional certificate, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/AL/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).

Responsibilities

• To provide professional service to customers.
• To coordinates sufficient stock levels.
• To ensure of correct selling techniques to do sales and achieves target.
• To perform cashier functions & promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• To maintains procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• To undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
