Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking staff to deliver customer-focused service, maintain stock levels, and promote Watson’s VIP membership while handling cashier duties. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions.

Applicants should have at least PMR/SPM or equivalent, a professional certificate, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced beauty and health retail

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers.
• Coordinate sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure correct selling techniques to achieve targets.
• Perform cashier functions & promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• Maintain procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
