Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is recruiting for a retail associate to deliver professional service to customers, manage stock levels, and support sales targets. The role includes cashier duties and promoting Watson’s VIP Member Cards. You will follow standard operating procedures and assist with daily store operations.

Applicants should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• At least PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or equivalent.
• Professional Certificate in any field is acceptable.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers.
• Coordinate stock levels to ensure availability.
• Ensure correct selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Perform cashier functions & promote Watson’s VIP Member Cards.
• Maintain procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• Undertakes other tasks as required by superiors.
