Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a Sales Assistant to greet customers, promote products, and provide friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will assist in stock handling, maintain store cleanliness, display items at eye level, and act as a backup cashier when needed. The role requires SPM or equivalent, customer service experience preferred, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
