Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to greet customers, promote products, upsell, and provide product knowledge. You will assist with stock arrivals, organize shelves, and ensure displays are neat and eye-catching.

You will also handle cashier duties when needed, maintain cleanliness, monitor stock levels, and work retail hours including weekends. Sunway Mentari, Petaling Jaya, Selangor is the location.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Sunway Mentari, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
