Job summary

UR FASHION GROUP (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is seeking a store associate in Malaysia to deliver exceptional service and create a positive shopping experience.

You will assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchasing decisions while contributing to individual and store sales targets through strong engagement. Responsibilities include replenishing stock, maintaining store standards, supporting cashiering and opening/closing duties, and participating in training to enhance product

• Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Promote products, campaigns, and membership programmes.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
• Retrieve stock from the stockroom and support inventory replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support cashiering, opening and closing duties, and stocktake activities.
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Participate in training and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Management.
