The Retail Associate delivers exceptional customer service, maintains store visual standards, and assists with daily inventory management to support smooth sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer product inquiries, and offer helpful recommendations to drive sales
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process cash, credit card, and digital wallet transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, fold clothing or organize displays, and keep aisles clean and safe
• Receive incoming shipments, tag price labels, and assist with stock rotation or periodic stock checks
• Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and follow store security procedures

About you

• Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills, basic math proficiency, and a friendly, approachable attitude
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail store schedules
