Job summary

Ninja Van Malaysia is seeking a Retail Store Assistant to enhance customer satisfaction and support daily store operations in Sungai Buloh.

You will work as part of a fast-paced team, follow established best practices, communicate feedback to the Area Supervisor, and assist in gathering sales leads and closing prospects.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as a plus; own transport is preferred to enable flexible coverage across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: SPM, with relevant industry experience.
• Work experience: More than 1 year of experience working in retail stores.
• Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proven success in being a team member of a fully functional team.
• Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals.
• Strategic thinker in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems.
• Effective verbal communication for a wide range of customers.
• Own transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for customer satisfaction, and assisting customers with any requirements.
• Follow best practices effectively, as determined by the Ninja Management.
• Be a team player in the team, to work effectively with peers.
• Effectively communicate feedback and improvements to the Area Supervisor.
• Communicate and work effectively with other teams to produce the best possible outcome for the company and its clients.
• Use Ninja software to execute operations (with training from the Ninja team).
• Assist in gathering sales leads and closing prospect.
• Assist the Area Supervisor in managing the social media and google account of the store, in terms of content and customer engagement.
